Salish Sea Stewards Program The Salish Sea Stewards is a program of the Skagit County Marine Resources Committee (MRC).

Volunteers educate our local community about regional coastal issues and solutions. This collaborative, science-based program promotes active participation in efforts that support the MRC and its mission.

📅SAVE THE DATE! Are you one of the millions of Washington residents living on or near the Salish Sea? Join the Salish Sea-wide Molt Blitz on June 20 to contribute to the largest-ever single-day dataset of crab molts collected in our state.

Join our Molt Search Season Kickoff Webinar on June 4th or our many public trainings offered in-person across western Washington and online (June 17) this month. On Blitz day, you can join a Molt Search trainer on a beach near you.
