We are so grateful to our friends at Skagit River Steel & Recycling for hosting their Donate at the Gate fundraiser in support of Skagit Gleaners!

Thanks to their generosity and the community members who donated their recyclable materials, $394.05 was raised to support our mission of providing recovered surplus food and household items to local families. 💙

We truly appreciate Skagit River Steel & Recycling for being such a wonderful community partner and helping turn scrap into meaningful support for our community!

We’re honored to be selected as a recipient of the Puget Sound Energy Foundation’s 2026 Food Security Grant Program.

This funding will help us expand access to food, strengthen our programs, and serve our community with dignity and care. We’re grateful for partners committed to reducing hunger and supporting healthier communities.

Thank you to our amazing community partners at the Skagit Valley Food Co-op!

We raised $4,194 for Skagit Gleaners on 5% Friday! Thanks for shopping to support this vital, food-waste-busting organization right here in the Valley. Even better, we raised over $850 from our community meal and split the proceeds between Skagit Valley Farmers Market Coalition, Skagit Land Trust, and Skagit Gleaners.

Today is the day! Please go shop at the Skagit Valley Food Co-op today because they are donating 5% of their sales to Skagit Gleaners for our Hand Harvesting Program.
They are also hosting a Community Meal today. From 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Deli. Proceeds from the Community Meal will be donated to Skagit Land Trust, Skagit Valley Farmers Markey Coalition and Skagit Gleaners.
