Another amazing week at the Mt. Vernon Rotary Club!
We got to hear from our friend Sam Wilson with Air Evac about all the services they provide and how it could help your family in an emergency!
Also, our friend Jeremy Mays stopped by from the arts and communication department at MVTHS to pick up a check for a thesaurus drive that he is facilitating!
And it’s also that time of year, where we present a check to Whitney Hodge of toys for kids to help kick off another fantastic holiday season for those in need !


We meet every Tuesday at noon at Joe’s Pizza and meetings are open to the public. We would love for you to be our guest. Next week we’ll hear From Rams head football coach Dan Mings about their upcoming season.!

The Rotary Club of Mt Vernon presented a check for $500 to the Toys for Kids program yesterday. Receiving the check is Whitney Hodge-Coordinator for Toys for Kids. Presenting the check are Rotary Treasurer Ron Kirsch (left) and Past President Brandon Bullard (right). The Rotary Club gave over $13,000 to local charitable organizations last year.

We were joined today by fellow Rotarian Jarret Hines, marketing Director of Heritage Woods in Mount Vernon.
Jarrett provided a very interesting snapshot of Life at Heritage Woods and all of the Award-Winning care they provide.
