Still lots of green beans at the garden. Both pole and bush beans. Just gently move the leaves around and you’ll find the beans.

Tonight we honored a special Community Garden volunteer Katy Lang who we lost in early March. Katy had beed involved in the garden from the very beginning. There was always a lot of hard work to make the garden as successful as it is but she always showed up and made sure everything was going well and wasn't afraid of the hard work. Katy wanted to make sure anyone could get fresh grown vegetables while also instilling her garden knowledge along the way on how to grow them. We honor her memory and thank her. We extend a special thank you to Nix Fabrication in Poseyville for the beautiful sign.

Had a friend of the garden just drop off some vegetables.

The garden looks great after the 2”+ rain yesterday. Lots of squash, tomatoes and some green beans. Also, lot’s of pepperoncini’s.
