A casting director has one day to find an actor to fill the role of a lawyer in a crime procedural. But what seems like a simple task proves impossible when the pool of actors includes stage thespians who can't tone it down for the screen, performers completely unable to keep themselves in frame, and an actor who seems to believe this is a toothpaste commercial. Take a step behind the doors of a casting session in this hilarious comedy.

Calling all actors!

What: Auditions for STC's Midsummer Night's Dream by William Shakespeare and The Universal Language by David Ives
Shows are directed by Gwen Farris (Midsummer) and Regen K***r (Universal)
When: December 19th and 20th from 1-3
Where: On Zoom

Auditions for these two shows are happening together! Actors are only able to be placed in one show. Requirements for the auditions are as follows: fill out the google form by 5pm on the 18th, sign up for a time slot in the google sheets form by 5pm on the 18th, come prepared (no need to memorize) with one side from the show that you are auditioning for (or one from each if you are auditioning for both!).

Join the Student Theatre Council as we premiere a brand new student-made short film! Based upon Shakespeare's Macbeth, Pity for Mischance tells the tale of a husband and wife who plot to kill the king and take his throne. With a rock n'roll score and a gothic aesthetic, this film is perfect to get into the Halloween spirit!
