We believe that serenity, peace, legal rights, freedom, and the pursuit of happiness are best achieved through equality and understanding. We know that stewardship, living by example, and kindness can change hearts and open minds. While the focus of our work is fostering equality for LGBT people in Northwest Washington State, we strongly believe that equality is for everyone, and we welcome all with open arms, humble hearts, and minds willing to learn and grow.

Ireland has opened its first permanent LGBTQ+ museum exhibition at Cork Public Museum. “We Were Always Here: Cork LGBT History” documents the history and experiences of Cork’s LGBTQ+ communities through original documents, objects and personal stories, highlighting decades of activism and social change, including the community’s fight for recognition when homosexuality was illegal in Ireland
