SEDRO-WOOLLEY — Disaster organizers and responders gathered Thursday evening at the Sedro-Woolley Eagles Club to announce the formation of a new organization intent on better connecting people after a disaster.

Yesterday's graduation day for the Class of 2026 was a whirlwind of activity, starting with team project presentations hosted by Northwest Career & Technical Academy and closing the day with the graduation dinner at Swinomish Casino & Lodge and sponsored by Barrett Financial.

And, of course, there were all the feels! Pride for a job well done after an intense nine-month commitment, joy for reaching graduation, and a sense of "what's next"? as these graduates take their next steps on their leadership journeys.

We can't wait to see what is next for this "Best Class Ever." We know it will be outstanding.
