Our Share Your Heart photo campaign is all about showing how you and those around you give support and love on your heart journey, whatever that may look like. Anyone who has been affected by heart disease - patients, caregivers, friends, family, and health care professionals - is invited to enter their photo and help us spread awareness.

This bipartisan bill will authorize continued funding for research and surveillance programs at the CDC
