💚🏈 WARRIORS COMMUNITY SHOUT-OUT! 🏈💚

The Skagit Valley Warriors want to give a HUGE shout out and heartfelt THANK YOU to the business and individuals below for sponsoring and donating to our team!

Community support like this means so much to our organization. Every donation, sponsorship, and act of generosity helps us continue our mission of supporting women’s football, creating opportunities, and giving back to our community through youth football, youth sports programs and female athletic scholarships.

We believe in supporting the people and businesses that support us! 💚 We encourage our Warriors family, friends, fans, and the entire Skagit Valley community to show this amazing local business some love and support them whenever you can.

Small businesses and community partnerships make a BIG difference, and we are incredibly grateful to have businesses like this in our corner! When you stop by these businesses let them know you’re a fan and appreciate their contribution.

Thank you, for being part of the Warriors family! Once a Warrior, always a Warrior! 🖤💚🤍

💗 MORE THAN AWARENESS. A FAMILY. A FIGHT. A LEGACY. 💗

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and for our Warriors family, this cause hits close to home. We lost one of our own to breast cancer, and her memory reminds us that behind every statistic is a person, a family, a teammate, and a community forever changed.

As Warriors, we know what it means to fight, to stand together, and to have each other’s backs. That doesn’t stop on the field. It means showing up for one another in life’s toughest battles, too.

This month, we encourage everyone to prioritize their health, schedule recommended screenings, know the signs, and check in on the people you love. Early detection matters, and no one should have to face this fight alone.

To Ms. Ada you will always be part of our Warrior family: you are missed, you are loved, and your legacy lives on. 💗 #27

Once a Warrior, always a Warrior. 💚🖤🤍

Tomorrow, youth football players across Skagit, Snohomish, Island, and Whatcom Counties will hit the gridiron for their first games of the season!

Our women’s football teams want to give a huge shoutout to all the players and coaches and recognize some incredible women from our own teams who are giving back to the next generation of youth football.

Did you know? 👀

The women of the Lake Stevens Valkyries, Stanwood Spartans, Skagit Valley Warriors, and Granite Falls Tigers aren’t just playing football on the weekends. Many are also coaching, officiating, and teaching youth football.

They’re helping kids learn the fundamentals, build confidence, work as a team, compete, and believe in themselves.

And it doesn’t stop with football. Many of these women also coach other sports, including girls’ flag football, men’s football, wrestling, softball, and soccer.

That’s the part of women’s football that doesn’t always get talked about the impact these women are making beyond the field.

So today, we’re recognizing some of the women from our local women’s football teams who are giving their time and knowledge to youth football. 👏🏈 Peep them on the sidelines.
