When I sat down with Kendall Starks and the team at The Access Collective, we talked about what it really takes to close the gap between youth potential and real-world ex*****on. From high-end casting calls in Manhattan to stepping into the building as an authorized vendor for the NYC Department of Education, the goal at Rose Noire Productions has always been about identity, presence, and mental resilience.
