Looking for any talented young artists, age 11-13 to participate! DM us if interested!!

Need all submissions by October 28th to be judged at our Cabinet Meeting

Looking for all the amazing young artists out there! The Lions International Peace Poster Contest is open to children who are 11, 12, or 13 years old as of November 15 of the contest year.

Lions Clubs International
Ages: Must be 11, 12, or 13 on November 15.
Sponsorship: Must be sponsored by a local Lions club through a local school or organized youth group (like scouts or art clubs).

Artwork Rules
Hand-Drawn: All artwork must be original and hand-drawn (using paint, crayon, marker, charcoal, etc.).
No Digital Art: Digital tools, computers, or photography are not allowed.
No Text: The poster must not contain any numbers or letters (including words or signatures) on the front.
No 3D Objects: Nothing glued, taped, or stapled to the poster; it must be completely flat.
Size Limits: Must be flexible and rollable for shipping, with minimum dimensions around 13x20 inches up to a maximum of 20x24 inches (frequently cited around 18x24 inches).
Theme: Must strictly match the current annual theme (the 2026–2027 theme is "Harmony in Humanity").

We pride ourselves in offering gluten friendly options at the fair! Independent friers for our fries and hot dog & hamburger rolls.

We also have bread for the roast beef sandwich dinner, just make sure you get NO gravy. Our gravy has wheat in it.

Can you smell it yet?? Beef is cookin for our renoun beef dinners and sandwiches!! We will be opening soon for participants at the fair, and open for breakfast tomorrow morning!!

Every year the Springfield Lions bring a bus load of campers to PA Lions Beacon Lodge Camp for their session. For years we have had the privilege of supplying their lunch when they arrive, and their picnic. lunch when they depart. An amazing group of campers and fellowship Lions.

Special thanks to Jeannie Raffensberger, Rachel Steltzer for prepping and serving the sandwiches, and thanks to Kirk Knable and Lyle McVey for cooking lunch and helping with the bus!
