Gateway Children's Services strengthens families, offers recovery resources to those struggling with mental illness or addiction, enhances parenting skills, and fosters happy, nurtured children. Gateway Children’s Services is a registered 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit organization in Mount Sterling, Kentucky and has been providing services to children and families since 1981. Our high-quality prevention and support programs are child-focused and family-centered. All evidenced services are designed to strengthen families, bring recovery to those struggling with mental illness or addiction, enhance parenting skills, and foster happy, nurtured children. Children in need have access to our qualified residential treatment program, emergency shelter with treatment, alternative to detention program, therapeutic foster care, and adoption services. We also believe every child deserves strong, positive relationships and that’s why we also offer outpatient behavioral health services and substance misuse interventions for the entire family.
