Fishing, Fellowship, Food & Fun! 🎣

Last month, our friends at Gateway Christian Church treated our kiddos to a special afternoon filled with fishing, fellowship, great food, and lots of fun!

There were plenty of laughs, fish caught, and full bellies by the end of the day. 🐟🍔 For many of our kiddos, it was their very first time fishing - and even their first time catching a fish! The excitement on their faces made the day even more special.

We are incredibly thankful to Gateway Christian Church for choosing to spend time with our children, creating new experiences and memories they won't soon forget. And thank YOU to the fishing poles generously donated to our kiddos, they're already looking forward to their next chance to cast a line! 🎣💙

🔧🚗 Building the Men of Tomorrow….One Skill at a Time!

Our Men of Tomorrow in our Residential Program recently rolled up their sleeves for some hands-on learning. They learned how to change the oil in a car and change a tire. These are practical skills that help prepare them for greater independence and life after our program.

Each of them are building confidence, responsibility, problem-solving skills, and self-reliance. We’re proud to give our young men opportunities to learn skills they can carry with them for years to come.

☀️ What a day! 🌽🏆

Our 19th Annual Co****le Tournament & Silent Auction, sponsored by Save A Lot & Save A Lot, was a HOT one - in more ways than one! We had a fantastic turnout and another successful year of competition, community, and fun.

Events like this simply wouldn’t be possible without the incredible support of our community. ❤️ We are so thankful for all our sponsors, co****le participants, tournament coordinators, silent auction donors and bidders, staff, board members, elected officials, volunteers, spectators, friends, and everyone else who showed up and helped make the weekend a success.

For 19 years, this event has brought people together while supporting the children and families served by Gateway Children’s Services, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who continues to be part of it.

A special thank you to our elected leaders for kicking off our event:
