Special thanks to the Mt. Sterling Advocate’s Progress Report for highlighting many of our efforts in Economic Development, Chamber, Tourism, Parks/Recreation and City of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky Montgomery County Fiscal Court efforts this past year. We’ve had a lot to celebrate including an additional grant funds of $1.4 million in CPF funding in the federal budget and over $900,000 in KPDI funding for the development of the Walters Business Park. Additionally another $700,000 award for an equipment loan for a local manufacturer adding several jobs due to their expansion was made. We continue to be laser focused on progress and cutting the noise out. Very proud of our team and parnters.

The calm before the Annual Court Days festival kicked off this morning! October Court Day Festival in Mt. Sterling, KY

Great job by the court days planning committee, City of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky Montgomery County Fiscal Court & Mt. Sterling-Montgomery County Tourism and team for all the preparation for Kentucky’s oldest running festival to kick off today. Friday Saturday Sunday great food vendors bands make sure you come out for this annual tradition.
