Hope Hill Foster Care Hope HIll is a ministry of Family Connection Inc. which is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization

Our Therapeutic Foster Care Program serves male and female children from birth to 21. Hope Hill is a faith-based non-profit organization that exists for the purpose of providing homes in which young people can be assisted in overcoming emotional and behavioral problems that arise from years of abuse and neglect. We offer screening and certification of potential foster parents along with dedicated case managers.
