Good afternoon,
This is Declan Darc housekeeping for the remainder of the year.
Due to happenings with the last 2 donations made from Declan Darc to the community will cease all donations for the remainder of the year. If you already have a schedule donation from us, we will honor that, but we cannot take on new request for donations.
We have 6 spots Left for October so go ahead and schedule or confirm you orders by Saturday October 1st.
Declan Darc and Richie's Reach are working to collect monetary donations to provide foster children with a present of a blanket and gift back at this years Christmas Event, All holiday sales from Declan Darc will go toward this goal as well as the Bake Sale that will be happening Courtday weekend .... Prices and options posted the week of.
Thank everyone for their continued support, Foster Children are one of the forgotten populations that needs the community to support them and as a foster parent and as Co-founder of Richie's Reach we are working diligently to put extra support in place while also expanding the services we can provide.

If you are decluttering or having a yard sale with left over items do not forget we are always taking donations. If you would like to make a monetary donation, then we have then pay apps listed below or cash donations can be mailed or given to me... just PM if you need to arrange a cash donation. Foster Parents are just like us ... facing rising cost to feed not only their families but the kiddos they accept in their homes. Boarding for the children does not cover what a foster parent puts out a month, it is only a portion, fostering is not something is done to make money the average foster family spends about an extra 300-500 more a month on the kids that are in their care. This is straight out of pocket, and some pay even more depending on the needs of the child and/or behaviors of the child.

* Formula and Baby foods (expiration date must be 2023 or greater)

* Foldable- High Chairs and playpens

Thank you for following Richie's Reach page

There are 8,888 children in the Kentucky Foster Care system and as a foster parent myself I want to do MORE so I have become a part of The Network to train and support foster parents, I am in the process of becoming a Mentor to new families, I have joined various groups including the Foster Care Review Board. BUT my biggest joy will be establishing this Foster Care Closet.

Going Live today May 3, 2022 for donations

We will be opening the foster care closet to families on July 27th, 2022

Pinned to the top of this page is a list of all items that we are collecting. Also listed are our cash apps so that we can have a petty cash fund, so that we may provide perishables or child specific items as necessary. (When making a monetary donation, make sure to attach a comment that its is for Richie's Reach so that its transferred to the correct account.
