What if we chose to work together, even across differences in politics, and belief, to surround local families with care?
At Choices, we believe every family deserves stability, dignity, and practical support. For many parents, something as simple as diapers, wipes, baby clothes, or a safe car seat can ease stress in a very real way.
Recently, Choices experienced the loss of a significant source of diapers and car seats. While we don't all see the world the same way, the needs of local families continue to grow, and those needs don't pause because of our differences.
Right now, sustainability is what matters most. Not just a one-time act of generosity, but the steady support that allows us to keep showing up for parents, babies, and toddlers with consistency and compassion. Challenging tasks - like funding sustainability - becomes much more doable when divided among many.
Across many beliefs, philosophies, and traditions, there is a shared belief that caring for one another strengthens our communities. At Choices, that care looks like helping families find stability, sharing essential baby, toddler, and young children resources, and creating places where people know they are not alone.
So today, we're asking something simple:
Can we reach across our differences for the sake of local families?
We don't have to agree on everything to agree that babies need diapers, children need safe car seats, and parents deserve encouragement during difficult seasons.
Together, we can reduce stress for families.
Together, we can strengthen our community.
Together, we can build a sustainable circle of care for those who need it most.
If you're able, please consider donating diapers, wipes, car seats, baby items, or financial support. Every gift—large or small—helps local families experience a little more hope and a little less worry.
We need each other more than we need to agree.
And we really need funding of every amount - from the cost of one package of diapers and wipes ($10), to four packages a month ($40), or diapers for a year ($520). Monthly, quarterly, annually...however it comes is deeply appreciated - by us, and by those who receive it.
We’ve heard too many times, “I just don’t know if I should buy diapers or food…”
*Note: This is what Choices typically provides - one package of diapers - per child - and one package of wipes per week. Diaper needs far exceed this amount. We can only supplement.
