Rhoda’s Hope Together we can! With the local community members in Malawi, we assist the most vulnerable children to improve lives through education and grassroots programs.

We are so thankful for your support. The Rhoda Foundation for Development Initiatives, Inc. (RHOFODI) is a non-profit and non-governmental organization which was established to further promote and reach out to poor people at the grassroots level regardless of religious, political or ethnic affiliations. Specifically, the organisation was established in Malawi to:

a. Support orphans and other vulnerable children and those affected and infected by HIV/AIDS. b. Be a catalyst for the socio-economic development and growth through the promotion of quality and relevant education. c. Improve access to, and sustained use of, adequate sanitation facilities in schools and the communities. d. Promote health education and service delivery. e. Promote youth and junior youth development. f. Address environmental degradation and sustainability. g. Support the empowerment of women, equality and the reduction of gender based violence. The villages included in our work appreciate our organization because they feel we understand and listen to their needs and ideas, moreover RFFDI promotes the belief that ‘together we can achieve’. Our organization’s aim is to empower, and educate the community to better themselves.
