By orders of Chuck Sullivan-AFFI President and Commander Jay Coburn, the AFFI Honor Guard is being activated for the line of duty death of Brother John Morgan of Harlem-Roscoe Firefighters Local 5575. Brother Morgan passed away overnight during his May 31st shift.

The AFFI is saddened to learn of the death of an active member, Brother Steven Decker of Chicago Fire Department Firefighters Union - Local 2. Brother Decker passed away during a training exercise on May 14th.
