Northwest Compass, Inc. When individuals, families, veterans and unaccompanied youth are in housing crisis or find themselves food insecure, where do they turn? Why?

We exist to serve our neighbors in crisis—providing urgently needed services in the areas of housing navigation and support to people facing housing instability and homelessness, emergency food, youth and veterans assistance and more. They turn to Northwest Compass. Our neighbors know that they'll be treated with respect and dignity by dedicated and compassionate professionals in a warm, caring environment. We love our community and we are proud to show our love by helping our neighbors in need navigate through crisis, achieve stability and regain hope!

We recently hosted Voices Mental Health Focus Group organized by United Palatine Coalition and we’re deeply moved by the shared authentic perspectives of our community member. Capturing those acutely personal points of view was truly is a powerful step. The common thread was clear: economic hardship places massive constraints on daily life. From the stressful trade-offs of budgeting to the hidden costs of time and mental energy, navigating these financial pressures and finding real help is a reality for many of us right now. When you connect with community members in a supportive and inclusive environment to discuss the heavy constraints of hidden challenges, it helps to frame the conversation around shared problem-solving rather than just the struggle! It’s also about getting connected, seen, hopeful and build a better community together! 💫

World Homeless Day is observed today. It is a day to raise awareness, challenge stigmas, and support individuals and families affected by homelessness. A home means comfort, safety and opportunity to regain strength and face the life with renewed energy and hope. Today is a reminder that having a place to call home can’t be taken for granted and behind every person experiencing homelessness is a human being with a story, feelings, hopes, and dreams.
We strive to provide help and support to many struggling with housing insecurity and homelessness and we witness how even little compassion can go a long way. Let's choose kindness over judgment and always remember those still searching for one.🏠❤️

Ending homelessness isn't just about providing a roof-it's about restoring safety, dignity, and a fresh start for victims who have survived the unimaginable. 🛌❤️
Imagine living in a garage space, facing barrier after barrier, just trying to survive day by day. This was the reality for this devoted mom, who did everything possible to keep her family together. But homelessness doesn't have to be the end of their story.
We recently had the opportunity of stepping up to provide a safe, stable home that will change the entire trajectory of their life. When we remove the immediate threat of instability, we give them the breathing room to heal, rebuild, and look toward the future.
It truly takes a village to break these barriers. Let's work together to ensure every victim has a safe place to call home.🏡
