Charleston Transplant Home is a registered 501(c) (3) charitable organization founded in February 2015. The founding members are residents of Charleston directly affected by organ transplantation. The organization is dedicated to providing hospitality and other support services to organ transplant patients, their families and caregivers. Charleston Transplant Home's initial focus is on providing a

ccommodations available for the extended periods necessitated by the waiting and recovery periods associated with organ transplant surgery. Both the medical and housing costs associated with these survival procedures are very expensive. Please help us with your financial contributions and by connecting us to others who can help to provide the "home away from home" and care needed to support the miraculous benefits of organ transplant medicine available in our community.
