Most babies develop teeth between the ages of six and twelve months. Teeth are an important part of a child’s health and development. In this lesson, you will learn about the physical effects of teething. We will discuss teething and breastfeeding, as well as the do’s and don’ts of soothing a child during this phase. Topics include: • teething • teething necklaces • teething bracelets • teething beads • teething rings • benzocaine • belladonna • breastfeeding • soothing teething pain • drooling • fussiness • fever • loss of appetite.

Every parent will eventually experience meltdowns in their children as they move through toddlerhood. What really causes tantrums? What can you do to help your child through this stage?
