White Oak Springs Cemetery Association Donations are relied on for maintenance and upkeep of the cemetery. Decoration Day is held the 3rd Saturday in May. CEMETERY RULES

1. NO NEW CURBING

NO NEW GROWING PLANTS (PLANTED)

3. NO NEW FENCING OR BARRIERS

4. NO GLASS ORNAMENTS. NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS TO ORNAMENTAL DECORATIONS

5. NO NEW PIPES STICKING OUT OF GROUND. IF USING PIPE FOR FLOWERS PLACEMENT, THE HOLE SHOULD BE EVEN OR BELOW LEVEL FOR MOWING PURPOSES

6. NO HANGING BASKETS, UNLESS HANGER IS DIRECTLY AGAINST HEADSTONE

7. NEW FOOT STONES MUST BE AT GROUND LEVEL

GRAVESITES WILL BE ISSUED AT NO CHARGE ONLY TO INDIVIDUALS WITH FAMILY TIES TO THE CEMETERY. A $500 FEE FOR ANY NON-FAMILY MEMBER WHEN GRAVES ARE OPEN

9. GRAVE SELECTION SHALL NOT BE MADE WITHOUT A COMMITTEE MEMBER PRESENT

10. PRE-SELECTED SPOT MUST BE MARKED WITH A BRICK OR OTHER STURDY MARKER WITH NAME ON IT. NO METAL

11. NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LEVELING AND MAINTENANCE OF MONUMENTS

12. OLD, FADED AND DAMAGED DECORATIONS WILL BE REMOVED AT CARE TAKERS DISCRETION
