We need your help filling our dessert table for Harvest Festival!

Desserts can be dropped off at the Elementary School Office during school hours on Friday, October 23rd, or in the cafeteria by 10:00 AM on Saturday, October 24th. Please remember to pre-slice your dessert before dropping it off!

We’re giving you a little preview of some of the AMAZING baskets that will be up for grabs in our Harvest Festival Handbid Auction!

Handbid officially goes LIVE TOMORROW!

Get ready to browse, bid, and maybe even find something you just have to take home!

And the best part? All proceeds from each Handbid basket go directly back to the grade or organization that created it! So when you bid, you’re not only getting a chance at an awesome basket, you’re supporting our students and school organizations, too!

CALLING ALL BUSINESSES, FAMILIES & FRIENDS OF THE HILL!

It’s almost time for one of our FAVORITE events of the year, Chapel Hill Harvest Festival! If you’ve never experienced Harvest Festival Bingo, you are seriously missing out. We’re talking some of the BEST Bingo prizes around!

But we need YOUR help to make it happen!

All proceeds from Harvest Festival go directly back to supporting Chapel Hill ISD students and staff. With your generous donations, we’re able to purchase amazing prizes for Bingo and our Silent Auction, helping make this event a huge success!

We would truly appreciate any support you’re able to give. Every donation, big or small, makes a difference! If you’d like to donate a specific item instead of making a monetary donation, please contact our Harvest Festival Chairperson and PTO Vice President, Brandice Cooper.

If you’ve been around The Hill much over the last few years, chances are you already know Brandice! ❤️

As our PTO Vice President and Harvest Festival Chairperson, Brandice’s dedication is truly second to none. She works tirelessly behind the scenes to make every event successful, always keeping our mission of caring for everyone in our school at the heart of what she does.

And what better day to celebrate her than on her BIRTHDAY! 🎂🥳

Today, we want to recognize and thank Brandice for all the work she puts in, both seen and unseen, for our PTO, our school, and our entire Chapel Hill community.

Happy Birthday, Brandice! 🎉 Thank you for the countless hours, the hard work, the dedication, and most of all, the genuine care you bring to everything you do. We are so thankful for you! ❤️🖤
