Hey, y’all. Farmer Katie here. What you may not know is my “paying job” has been real estate for a couple of decades now. I’ve decided to take everything I’ve learned from the Growing minds nonprofit educational farm and building a few new houses in the past and I have created what I am calling the refuge series that is designed for families who want a home that is truly a refuge and a nature sanctuary. This is just the first and we will have all price levels starting at $599,999 and most lots are one acre or more. Come see us this Saturday from 12-4 at our model home at 1047 Butterfly Lane, Awendaw and bring your kayaks or at least your hiking boots because the stunning Awendaw Creek Passage Trail
