The 20th Annual Claybuster Dinner & Auction is shaping up to be an evening to remember! This year, we’re turning up the elegance and inviting you to dress to impress as we celebrate 20 years of coming together to make a difference in our community by honoring the past and feeding the future.

✨Dress Code: Upscale Cocktail Attire
Think sophisticated, polished, and ready for a beautiful evening. Cocktail dresses, midi or long dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits, sport coats, and dress pants are all welcome. Ties are encouraged, but not required. Come dressed for an unforgettable night!

🌟 Volunteer Spotlight🌟

After retiring from the bank about 15 years ago, one of our incredible volunteers found a new way to serve by becoming part of the Titus County Cares family. He can often be found stocking shelves in our food pantry and faithfully serving multiple times each week. But his heart for helping others doesn’t stop at TCC! He also volunteers with Hope Ministries and spends Tuesdays serving popcorn at the hospital.🍿

When asked about his most memorable experience as a volunteer, he shared that serving during the pandemic was especially impactful. During such an uncertain and difficult time, he was grateful for the opportunity to continue showing up and serving his community.

We are so incredibly grateful for his many years of faithful service, kindness, and compassion. Volunteers like him are such an important part of what makes Titus County Cares possible.💙

We’re working toward our summer goal to help provide nutritious food to children in our community, and we’re now 77% of the way to reaching our goal!🎉

And here’s the exciting part: your gift can go even further!💙 We currently have a matching grant through the Anderson Foundation, meaning your generosity has the opportunity to make an even bigger impact for local kids.

Our Summer Giving Campaign runs through August 31st, so there’s still time to help us cross that finish line!🏁 Thank you for feeding kids, fueling futures, and changing lives.💙

💙 We’re still looking for 10 Cares4Kids sponsors. 💙

These smiles are exactly why Cares4Kids exists.🥹 The photos you see are just two little moments that mean so much. For some kids in our community, things that may seem simple to us can feel incredibly special to them.

Through Cares4Kids, we get to make sure local children experience those moments. We provide school supplies, backpacks, school clothes, birthday and Christmas gifts, and Easter baskets, but more importantly, we get to remind each child that they are seen, loved, and cared for. ❤️

Right now, we have 10 more children who need a Cares4Kids sponsor. For just $25 a month or $300 for the year, you can make a difference in a child's life all year long. You can help make sure they have what they need for school, something special to open on their birthday, and a little extra joy during the holidays. If you’ve ever wondered what your monthly gift can do, these photos are your answer.

We’ve been busy packing backpacks for nearly 100 local students who will receive their Cares4Kids school supplies right in time for the new school year!

This wouldn’t be possible without the incredible people who continue to show up and serve alongside us. A huge thank you to all of our volunteers who helped make this day happen! We’re also so grateful to the P.E. Wallace FBLA for lending a hand with packing and to the Chapel Hill Basketball Team for helping us deliver the backpacks to schools.📚

And, of course, a very special thank you to each of our Cares4Kids sponsors. Your generosity makes it possible for these students to start the school year feeling prepared, supported, and cared for.

It truly takes a community to make an impact, and we are so thankful for everyone who continues to make Cares4Kids possible!💙
