Position: Full-time Development & Community Engagement Manager
Organization: Isabella County Child Advocacy Center (ICCAC)
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families? Isabella County Child Advocacy Center is looking for a Development & Community Engagement Manager to join our team!
In this role, you’ll lead fundraising, donor relations, and community outreach efforts that directly support our mission. From planning impactful events and building partnerships to growing community awareness and engagement, you’ll play a key role in advancing child abuse prevention and response in Isabella County.
💡 What We’re Looking For:
• Passion for nonprofit work and community impact.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in fundraising, event planning, grant writing, or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with social media platforms and marketing tools.
• Experience working in a nonprofit setting is preferred.
📅 Position Details:
• Full-time
• 8:00am - 4:00pm or as otherwise approved by Supervisor. May be required to work some nights and weekends.
• Location: Isabella County, MI
