September 24th 2026 is Save A Life Day! This is a nationwide event hosted in all 50 states with hundreds of participating counties. This is a day where you can get free education, learn about naloxone, and get your naloxone training certificate. We will be hosting this event at 150 N 1st St, Harrison, MI 48625from 10:00am-2:00pm. Come check us out and see what free swag we have!

Have medication that is unused, expired or unwanted? Bring that for our medication take back happening at the same time!

Exchange Central will be closed 9/1 through 9/2 while staff attend an out of area conference. All deliveries requested on Tuesday the 1st will be done on Thursday the 3rd. We appreciate your understanding.

Time has been changed to 3-5PM.

A time to come together; share stories, learn, give hugs, cry, laugh, good food and to remember our loved ones. Local speakers will share how they overcame.

Join us this coming Monday, August 31st from 1 pm - 3 pm at the Broadway Park Pavilion. Central Michigan Community Health will be on site and hosting the illuminating bags table to remember and honor your loved one. A small luncheon, information booths and prizes will be provided.

We have resources if needed for substance misuse and mental illness. Please reach out to SCIT Behavioral Health to schedule appointment 989-775-4850.

By attending you can learn about substance use, how to use Naloxone, pick up cool swag, and even get a naloxone training certificate!

We also have a medication take back! Bring your unused, unwanted, or expired medication for proper disposal!

** Free Rides! Need a ride to this event? Call the Clare County Transit Corp at 989-539-1474 and set up a ride there and back! Let the dispatcher know it is a free ride. Same day scheduling is not guaranteed, so call ahead of time!

Tomorrow our Harm Reduction mobile unit will be at the Salvation Army, 2131 W Houghton Lake Dr. in Houghton Lake, Michigan from 10am-2pm. We have rapid HIV and Hepatitis C tests that get your results in 20 minutes, sterile injection equipment, and Naloxone (Narcan). Hope to see you there! This is our last mobile unit in Roscommon for the season.
