⚽️ Opening Weekend — Western Brown Youth Soccer! 💜💛

It’s officially OPENING WEEKEND for Western Brown Youth Soccer! 🎉⚽️ We are so excited to get the season started and see all of our players, coaches, families, and referees back on the fields!

As we kick off the season, we want to share a few friendly reminders to help make sure everyone has a safe, positive, and enjoyable experience. These expectations apply to everyone at the fields, and following them helps us create the kind of environment our players deserve.

⚽️ NO TO***CO PRODUCTS NEAR ANY SOCCER FIELD
This includes ci******es, vapes, dip, chew, and any other to***co or ni****ne products. If you need to use these products, please do so in the parking lot and away from the fields. Thank you for helping us keep the playing areas family-friendly and safe for our players!

⚽️ PLEASE KEEP LANGUAGE APPROPRIATE
There will be players of all ages around the fields, so please remember to keep all language respectful and appropriate. Emotions can run high during games, but let’s set a positive example for the kids!

🐾 NO PETS OF ANY KIND AT THE FIELDS
This means ANYTHING you consider a pet. 🐶🐱🐍🐔🐐
Dogs, cats, chickens, snakes, goats, and any other animals need to stay home. We know your pets are part of the family, but for the safety of our players, referees, spectators, and the animals themselves, please leave them at home.

🟢 THE GREEN REFEREE ARMBAND or GREEN CCSA REF PATCH IS IN PLAY!
Please pay attention to the green armband worn by referees. Any referee wearing a green armband is under the age of 18.
Our young referees deserve the same respect and support as anyone else on the field. Abuse, harassment, or inappropriate behavior toward a referee can result in disciplinary action. Penalties for abuse of a referee wearing a green armband may include monetary fines ranging from $75–$150, depending on the offense.

Please remember: The referee is there to do a job, and mistakes can happen. Let’s model good sportsmanship and respect for our players.

🗣️ REFEREE COMMUNICATION
Only coaches who have completed the proper trainings and attended the required coach class are permitted to communicate with referees regarding the game.

Parents and spectators are not permitted to speak to referees for any reason. If you have a concern, please bring it to your coach or the appropriate league representative rather than approaching the referee.

📣 NO COACHING FROM THE SIDELINES
Parents and spectators—your job is to support and encourage your players! ❤️

Please cheer, clap, encourage, and celebrate their effort, but allow the coaches to coach. Telling players where to go, what to do, or how to play from the sidelines can be confusing and does not help the players or the team.
Let the coaches do their job, and let the kids play! ⚽️

Get registered now! Registration will stay open until July 7th! (We will not extend it after this date unless absolutely necessary, and only for certain age divisions.)
Players must register online at https://www.westernbrownyouthsoccer.com/. 🌐
The website will only allow you to register your child for the teams corresponding to their age division.
**Registration Fee:**
$125 per player 💵
($20 discount for additional registrations from the same household). On the website, there is an option for payment plans. Please reach out if you have any questions.
**Uniforms:**
$50 👕 (Note: You do not need to order a new uniform if your current purple uniform still fits.) 💜
**Toddlers:**
$50 (includes a jersey top; no additional uniform purchase needed).
**Special Requests:**
We will consider special requests, but they are not guaranteed.
**IMPORTANT:**
