MOHS Parents Club The home page of the MOHS Parents Club, an organization that supports students and staff at Mount Olive High School.

The MOHS Parents Club promotes the growth and development of Mount Olive High School students; creates a forum for parents, guardians and educators to discuss issues of interest; and supports the education and extracurricular needs of MOHS students. All funds we raise go to support MOHS students and faculty through scholarships and awards.

Last night marked our final MOHS Parent Club meeting of the school year. Thank you to our Student Council representatives, our Board of Education liaison, Mr. Stansberry, and all the parents who came out in support—we truly appreciate your involvement and commitment.

Thank you to these amazing women for stepping up to take on these important roles.

A special thank you to Tania Laverty, who not only chose to remain on the board but also graciously stepped into a new position. In May, with two months left in the school year, Tania took on the additional role of Treasurer. This was not an easy task. She worked hard to organize and clean up what was left to us.

Tania is someone who does it all selflessly—she never seeks recognition, but she certainly deserves it. I know just how much time & effort she put into this.

I look forward to bringing fresh ideas together and am so excited for the new year with all of you ladies!

For everyone following us, be on the lookout—we will be placing a strong focus on social media to share important information and events going forward. We will be launching new Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter pages, so stay tuned for details!

The MOHS Parent Club's final meeting for the 2025-2026 school year will be held this Thursday, June 11th at 7pm. The meeting will be held in the commons area of the high school.

Mr. Stansberry will be presenting immediately following the Parent Club agenda. He will be discussing the no-cell-phone policy for the 2026–2027 school year.

An open forum for questions will follow his presentation.

We hope to see everyone there.
