What a great Spring 2026 Park Ball season! We have been so blessed with the best parents and kids. Big thank you to coaches and parents for all of your hard work this season! What a way to wrap up a very successful mid-season tournament at Mt. Olive Ballpark! ⚾️

We had an incredible two nights with all 5 teams, and every single athlete out on that field gave it their all. The effort, heart, and determination did not go unnoticed!

MO 2 came out on top, continuing an amazing run and remaining undefeated for a year and a half 👏
Runner-ups were Mafia 9U, who battled hard both nights and never let up.
Park West rounded things out with a strong 3rd place finish.

We truly appreciate every team that came out and competed in our tournament—events like this are what make our park and community so special.

A special shoutout to Sonic of Gardendale for their generous donation of hot dogs and cheeseburgers—we appreciate your support in helping make this event even better! 🌭🍔

To top it all off, we ended the night with a relay, and seeing both sides cheering on every single player—no matter the team—was something special. That’s what it’s all about. True sportsmanship, regardless of the jersey. ❤️⚾️

We’re already gearing up for the next one… stay tuned (TBD)!

What a night at Mt. Olive Ballpark! ⚾️

For the first time in many years, all THREE fields were in use at the same time—what an incredible accomplishment for our small park and community!

The energy was amazing, and the 10U tournament brought some intense games and tough competition all around.

Tonight is the FINAL night of the tournament! We’ll be crowning our winners and handing out some pretty cool hardware to our champions and runner-ups 🏆

After the last game, stick around for a fun relay race with a chance to win a gift card… and who knows, maybe the lights will stay on this time 👀 iykyk 😉

Park day this past Saturday was a success! We could not have asked for a better day ☀️ All of the teams were great and had a lot of fun! Parents, I was not able to get many pictures of the kids playing after the games so if you have any you have taken from Saturday, post them in the comments and I will add them to our photos! ❤️

Join us this Saturday, May 2nd at Mt. Olive Ball Park for a fun-filled Park Day the whole family will love! Games kick off at 11:00 AM, and we’ve got plenty to keep everyone smiling—bouncy houses for the kids and all your favorite ballpark eats like hot dogs, popcorn, boiled peanuts, and nachos! 🌭🍿

If anyone has any conflicts please let me know and I will see what we can do about switching time frames with another team!

What an extremely successful 10U preseason tournament at Mt. Olive Ballpark! ⚾️👏

A big congratulations to our champions, Mount Olive 2, and to our runner-up, Locust Fork 1, and 3rd place, Mount Olive 1—all the teams showed incredible effort, teamwork, and heart these past 2 nights!

Special thanks to Hayden and Locust Fork 1 & 2 for coming out to join the fun and helping make this tournament such a great experience for everyone involved.

We even had a little extra excitement during our base running relay when the power went out—but that didn’t stop these players! The relay continued in the dark, and it turned into a moment no one will forget! 🌙⚡️🏃‍♂️

Huge shoutout to Little Caesars Gardendale, Domino’s Gardendale, and Chick-fil-A Fultondale for their generous food donations that helped keep our concessions running strong. Your support means so much to our community!

The past 2 nights were a perfect example of community parks coming together to create memories, have a little fun, and identify areas for improvement as teams head into the regular season. We’re proud of every player who stepped on the field and gave it their all.
