Looking for an activity to do with your kids on May 9th? Are you interested in Scouting? The Scouting America Garden State Council is inviting you to come on out to the Pine Hill Scout Reservation in Pine Hill, NJ. This is a FREE EVENT for kids to build and launch a real rocket! Come out and have some fun with us and while you are at it find out about Scouting and what it can offer your child. We are a year-round program that has Summer Day Camps. Scouts BSA Troop 15G is holding a donation drive to benefit the Burlington County Animal Shelter. There is a collection box located in the main foyer of the Laurel House or you can text 856-617-4695 for donations of 10 or more items and someone will pick up (local to Mount Laurel only). Thank you for your generosity and kindness.

Thank you to everyone who donated to the annual Scouting for Food drive. Today, Pack 15 collected approximately 6,300 items for the food pantry at Legacy Treatment Services. The need was great this year, and the Mount Laurel community truly delivered. We are beyond grateful for your contributions. Thank you to all of the Cub Scout Pack 15 families and friends who volunteered their time these past two weekends to make this service project happen.

Tomorrow is the Scouting for Food pickup from the Scouts. They will be everywhere crossing roads. PLEASE drive slowly tomorrow morning through neighborhoods.

Please leave donations visible from the street before 9am – mark “Scouts” if you leave other bags or boxes. (We do not want to accidentally pick up your grocery order!)

We will be coordinating any missed pickups across town – please call or text Mary at 609-744-8948 on Saturday if you need assistance.

If your food does not get picked up in the designated neighborhoods, or you are outside the neighborhoods, here are the dropoff locations:

Mt. Laurel dropoff locations by 11:00 am:
* Masonville United Methodist Church (200 Masonville Rd.)
* Harrington Middle School (514 Mt. Laurel Rd.)
* The Laurel House (562 Walton Ave.)
* Parkway Elementary (142 Ramblewood Pkwy.)

Many thanks in advance for your generous donations – together, we serve many area food pantries, and the need is great!

Drive safe and slow - Scouts are on the go!

It's time for Scouting for Food. Scouts will be out this weekend and next (11/8 and 11/15), so please be extra careful when driving around town.

Any donations of non-perishable foods that you are able to give to help us restock several local food pantries are greatly appreciated. Thank you!
