Access Equestrian is looking for a PART-TIME ADAPTIVE RIDING INSTRUCTOR to join our team!
We are a community oriented program where horses are teachers, partners, and occasionally the biggest personalities in the barn. Our riders vary in abilities and range from beginners to more experienced equestrians, and we work with both children and adults.
🌟 We’re looking for someone who is:
💙 Patient, compassionate, and encouraging
🦄 Comfortable working with riders with different abilities and needs (we will provide training)!
🤝 A team player who enjoys a fun, supportive barn environment
🧹 Not afraid to pitch in around the barn when help is needed
Adaptive riding experience/certification is a BIG plus, but the right person with the right attitude may be a great fit if you are willing to learn the ropes.
Part-time afternoons on Tuesday, Wednesday,Thursday (and an occasional Saturday)
