Because of your generosity, we were able to help support the Mt. Juliet Help Center and families in our community. This is what community strength looks like…

We want to send a heartfelt thank you to Patsy at Channel 5 for this beautiful tribute to our sweet and deeply loved boy, Kyler. To see his life honored and remembered in such a meaningful way means more than words can express.

It was a beautiful tribute, and to know that a portion of 840 is named after our boy and that signs will go up in his honor… it does something to our forever broken hearts. Knowing his name and legacy will continue to be seen and remembered is something we will carry with us always.

Thank you, Jonathan Beverly in Rutherford County, for your support and for helping make this possible. Thank you, Governor Lee, for making it official. We do not take any of it for granted.

In the middle of unimaginable loss, moments of kindness remind us that love continues to reach far beyond what we can see. Thank you for helping share Kyler’s story and for showing such care and compassion.

Kyler’s life mattered. His impact continues. His legacy will live on through every conversation, every act of kindness, and every life touched in his name. Kindness truly is everything. 💙

Last night, Kyler’s Impact Foundation had the honor of presenting the “Be A Kyler”
Award at West Elementary. 💙

This award recognizes a student who leads with kindness, compassion, respect, encouragement, and a helping heart toward others.

We feel it is so important to recognize and celebrate these characteristics in our youth,
because kindness, empathy, and good character have the power to change the world around them.

The staff at West Elementary selected Cooper as this year’s recipient for consistently showing outstanding character and being a positive example to those around him.

Cooper received:

📚 a “Kind Like Kyler” book
👕 a Kyler’s Impact Foundation shirt
🏀 a plush Be A Kyler basketball

Last Senior Sunday 💔

We should be preparing him for college, beaming with pride, and watching him chase the dreams he worked so hard for …becoming a radiologist and building the future he deserved.

Instead, we live with shattered hearts and unimaginable pain because of a preventable tragedy. One decision, one moment changed everything. These actions can not be undone and because of that we continue to fight for the justice he deserves. The justice Matt and I deserve.

This should have been a season full of celebration, excitement, and endless possibilities for Kyler. He deserved every single moment of it. We are forever proud of the beautiful young man he was and the incredible person he was becoming.

No words can truly describe how proud we are of this beautiful young man. Kyler’s kindness, light, laughter, and impact continue to live on through every person who knew and loved him. Though his story was stolen far too soon, his life mattered deeply and forever will.

We will fight to the end for the justice HE DESERVES. And we will save other families from this nightmare we weren’t given a choice to survive.
