Monroe Mandolin Camp is a specialized mandolin camp where students from around the world can study with world-class instructors on the music of the pioneer and father of bluegrass, Bill Monroe. Directed by the master mandolinist Mike Compton, this camp will include 3.5 days of hands-on instructional intensiv

e classes both beginner through advanced students, jamming session late into the evening, instructional one-on-one tutorials, and opportunities to work with world class luthiers on your own instrument. Over the past four years, instructors such as Mike Compton, David Davis, Roland White, Skip Gorman, Sharon Gilchrist, Lauren Price, Glen Duncan, Buddy Spicher, Alan O'Bryant, Mark Royal, Adam Tanner, Rich del Grosso, Casey Campbell, Chris Henry, Tom Ewing, Mark Hembree, Brian Christianson, Blake Williams, in addition to special guest musicians, the MonManCamp offers an all inclusive traditional and original fun learning atmosphere.
