Farrier day!!!!! π΄π
Regular farrier care is essential to the wellbeing of all equines. Keeping their hooves balanced and healthy helps protect their entire body, from their feet all the way up to their joints, tendons, and back.
π΄ Rosie got herself a nice fresh set of front shoes. Good thing because when we got here this morning she was missing a front shoe ππ«
π΄ Soxβs white line disease is going away and growing out π
π΄ June had a small abscess in her left hind foot that we were able to address πͺπ½
π΄ Benji got an all around trim with lots of breaks in between. itβs getting harder for him to hold his legs up with his old age but having a patient farrier who works with him is key to success ππ΄π»
π΄ OB is just straight forward and awesome ππ€£π€£ he has thin soles so we are careful to not remove too much hoof for him π¦Ά
It was a sucessful day and everyone is feeling much more balanced on their feet after their pedicures π
We will see the farrier again in 6 weeks!
Thank you Mario!!!!!!!!!
