CONGRATULATIONS to our very own member Ms Gloria Wilson !!!

Today, we are honored to recognize our beloved Honorary Ambassador, Gloria Wilson.

At 94 years young, Gloria continues to inspire us with her energy, creativity, and unwavering commitment to the Mt. Juliet community. Through the years, she has been a cherished friend of the Chamber and a wonderful ambassador for the spirit of service, connection, and lifelong learning that makes our community so special.

What makes Gloria's story even more remarkable is that she remains an active artist, creating beautiful hand-painted items and sharing her talents with others through her booth at The Basement Marketplace. Her passion for creativity and entrepreneurship serves as an inspiration to all of us, proving that it's never too late to pursue what you love and make a meaningful contribution to your community.

She exemplifies the very best of Mt. Juliet, a community built on kindness, perseverance, and a commitment to supporting one another.

The last of the tile work is being done, ✅️
Touch up painting almost finished✅️
Cleaners have started the deep cleaning✅️
ALL individual rooms have been cleaned✅️
✴️cleaning all commen areas, hallways
& kitchen
✴️Still waiting on kitchen to be completed
Stainless steel counters, stoves
✴️& MOVING IN!!!!!
✴️completion of all inspections
✴️then we can start back to regular scheduled activities

Well don't ask me where anything is now because my office is all packed up.....😂🤣
I have to be honest, walking through the building to evaluate everything that still needs to be packed up it Was a little bitter sweet. As I quietly remembered the many memories in this building. So many fun times. Amazing people new friends that have become family here.
As I was packing up the last items of my office I also. Thought of the many people who have passed on to Glory that would have loved to be part of this new adventure.

Final 3 days of packing! If anyone can help Friday 6/12/26 we still need to finish up the kitchen, pantry, gym, and main room help take down sound system and label (number) boxes. We will start at 10.30 after Arthritus Class! YA'LL ARE AWESOME!!!
