Our Story

Veteran Service Canines Inc.'s mission is focused on service members who proudly served their country by providing service canines to honorably discharged Veterans with service-connected disabilities from all eras. The canines assist with mobility, combat-related PTSD, TBI, and the daily needs of the veteran.

Veterans have given so much to their country, as a way for the community to show their gratitude, the canines are provided to the veteran, free of charge, until the team graduates the program. (This is all accomplished through generous donations) Training is where the canine and handler work to become a team. It has also become an opportunity where veterans can be around other veterans in a relaxed, family environment.

We mainly focus on military veterans, but also serve our brothers and sisters in law enforcement, fire, and EMS.
