Mount Jackson United Methodist Church

We had a wonderful Quicksburg and Mount Jackson Methodist Church Homecoming Service today! Former Pastor Lee Crosby and Cindy Crosby returned to provide a special message and a beautiful song. Also Mrs. Karen Brill and relatives attended to give everyone a summary of the 120+ year heritage of the Long and Bauserman Family with our church.

In summary this service included two churches, a former pastor, a visiting family with rich church heritage, and lots of church family. It serves as a great reminder that when we all get to heaven; there will be one unified celebration during our eternal life with God and Jesus in Heaven.

Mount Jackson Methodist Church hosted an Ice-Cream and Cake Social Saturday Night to benefit SEARCH in Mount Jackson. There was lots of good food and fellowship. Although all of the Cakes on the table shown in the image were insanely good; the sweetness of Heaven will be a lot better!
