Mount Horeb DECA DECA prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality and management

DECA prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality and management in high schools and colleges around the globe.

​DECA is organized into two unique student divisions each with programs designed to address the learning styles, interest and focus of its members. The High School Division includes 200,000 members in 3,500 schools. The Collegiate Division includes over 15,000 members in 275 colleges and universities.

Please join us in congratulating ten Mount Horeb DECA members who earned their American Marketing Association Associate in Marketing Management Certification. This nationally recognized certification validates the marketing knowledge and career-ready business skills students developed through their classes and DECA experience.

Students receiving their certification include seniors Khaya Kasubaski, Shayla Morin, Anneli Wik, Eleanor Guenther, and Laurel Aquino; junior Elysia McKillips; sophomores Nora Carroll, Zea Noltnerwyss, and Romain Gilles; and freshman Adam Rokitowski.

Parents and community members: You are invited to serve as a volunteer judge at the DECA District Career Development Conference at DeForest Area High School. Judges help support the professional growth of high school business and marketing students by conducting mock interviews. No experience needed! DECA provides all materials, questions, and scoring guidelines.
