We don’t just pick a place on a map — we follow where God leads us. He is not only the Author of our faith, but the Author of our lives. Every trip, every clinic, every open door is His to write, not ours.

We serve Him through obedience — obedience in where to go, obedience in when to serve, obedience in how to serve. It’s not about our plans. It’s about saying yes to His.

Because without Him, we have nothing. Without Him, we are nothing. Every life touched, every hope restored — it all flows from Him.

So we go where He sends us. We serve how He calls us. And we trust Him with the rest. 🙏

Let us do His will in medical missions — together.

Dont wait

For a long time, I was “the shy one.” “The scared one.” The one who didn’t like this or that.

I let those words shape me more than the things that actually lifted me up — more than the quiet nudge I kept feeling toward something bigger.

Here’s what I’ve learned: someone else’s words from one moment in time don’t get to define you. Not forever.

Gideon was hiding when he was called. David was just a kid watching sheep. Rahab, Ruth — none of them looked “ready” on paper. But they went anyway.

If you’ve felt that same nudge toward medical missions but keep waiting to feel qualified enough — maybe that’s not really the question.

Maybe the question is just: have you been called? 💛

I am not enough. But He is more than enough.

I bring my doubts, my weaknesses, my faults — the parts of me I’d rather hide — and somehow He still says “use this.”

Not because I’ve got it all together. Not because I’m the most qualified person in the room. But because His strength was never dependent on mine.

He can use me. He will use me. Faults and all. 🙏

At Twin Missions International, we become family. 🌍❤️

We don’t just go to other countries and minister to those around us — we minister to each other and to our in-country partners too. Along the way, we build relationships that strengthen TMI and everyone connected to it.

I’ve personally made friends through TMI, and I’m so grateful their hearts share the same focus as mine: helping people around the world. 🙏

On every trip, we get to see it up close: the uniqueness God wove into each person we meet. Their smiles, their stories, their joy. It never gets old, and it never fails to make us smile too.

I don’t claim to have it all together. 🤍

One thing I’ve struggled with since childhood? My weight.

This morning I only had time for one: workout or meal prep lunch for the week.

I chose meal prep. Right choice? Still not sure. 😅

But here’s why it matters more than just me — on our medical missions trips with Twin Missions International, we meet people managing diabetes and other conditions that nutrition education could truly change. Not just longer lives — better ones.

I’m learning this for myself so I can show up better for them. One small choice at a time. 🌱
