Sweetie is like so many c**n hounds in the south....DISPOSABLE. And so she found herself in a high kill shelter with less than 24 hours to be rescued.

She received her name for a reason, they don’t come any sweeter than our Diamond Dog Sweetie.
Sweetie was listed as a code red at the shelter and that is all it took for Diamond Dogs to jump to action, she was sprung the following day and sent to our vets office for a 2 week quarantine. Sweetie is up to date of all or her vaccines and spayed. Our gorgeous c**n hound is approximately a year old and about 50 lbs. Sweetie has never met a stranger and seemingly loves everyone who encounters her and the feeling is mutual! She loves other dogs and would ideally love an active family. She is being fostered in NC but is available for transport along the east coast.
