Good morning and happy Giving Tuesday! Please consider donating to the horses of Beyond Balance. Winter is always the toughest time to get through for our program. Every dollar donated goes directly to the care of these amazing horses that help so many wonderful children and adults.
$500 = hay for 1 month
$30 = grain for 1 week
$200 = 1 farrier visit

Hi everyone! Missy is looking for dissertation research participants for her PhD. 3-4 parents of autistic children from ages 3-8. It will be done in your home and hopefully be fun and informative. Here is more information:

Research opportunity available! Volunteers Needed for Research Study on Barriers That Caregivers Face.

Do you have a child with autism participating in ABA therapy? You may be eligible to participate in a 2-month study. This study will utilize the performance diagnostic checklist – parent (PDC-P) to identify barriers you may face when attempting to implement behavioral interventions with your child. Training based on the results of the PDC-P will be implemented to assist you in working with your child.

Barn Building Time! Help us raise funds to build a barn for our wonderful therapy horses! Beyond Balance recently moved to a new location, and through the support of our volunteers and donors we have successfully fenced in 2 wonder fields, and a riding ring. We are close to moving the horses! Putting up the fence today at our new place :) We do need help though! If anyone has a trailer to move the horses on Thursday or Friday, that would be a huge help! The new place is only 8 minutes from our current farm :) Let Missy or Susy know if you can help out!

We have exciting news! Beyond Balance is moving! We are aiming to move the horses to their new home in the fall. We need your help! Where the horses are moving to is awesome and they will love it, but we need to set the area up for them. We need a barn and fencing. We are going to be starting a fundraising campaign.
