A while back, As most of you are aware, we had a benefit tournament and auction for a girl named Hailey. Soooo many people trusted in me and helped in ways that astonished me. I can't thank you enough.

But none of this was or is about me. It is about faith and hope and strangers coming together because they believe they can offer a sliver of kindness and prayer to someone they have never met.

And that person is Hailey.

I received news that her port was removed yesterday. This message is from Hailey's mom...

"My heart is full of joy and gratitude today. My little girl, Hailey, has crossed the finished line in her treatment. Not only has she survived, but she is thriving! Her hair has began to grow and her cheeks have become the most beautiful rosy pink color again. I am forever grateful to God and to everyone who has helped us in this journey. Some of you, I have never met or even seen, but your prayers have reached Hailey, and for that I deeply thank you. Thank you for helping us, thank you for your kindness and for the love you showed us!"

Hailey is cancer free.

This is Hailey after our visit at the clinic. She had to get a blood transfusion on Wednesday. She is very excited about Christmas.

A few weeks ago, several "princesses" and a few "paupers" decided it was time for a "Hailey's night out." It was a night full of shenanigans! Hailey is improving every day. Please continue to keep her and her family in your thoughts and prayers.

The latest update on Hailey, she started homeschooling today. She was very excited. She was really looking forward to going back to school, but her doctor said that her immune system would be compromised. So, his recommendation was homebound.

This is her at the park. She has lots of energy and she is trying new things. Challenging herself. She got up up there on her own and wow I was so surprised to see how much she has grown.
