🏈⚽ **We're Back at the Concession Stands! MHAA Needs Your Help!** ⚽🏈

The City of Mt. Holly Parks & Recreation **Indoor Soccer** and **Flag Football** seasons are kicking off soon, and we are thrilled to announce that the MHAA will be running the concessions again!

Following a hugely successful baseball season, we are keeping the momentum going. Volunteers have **two concession stands to choose from**:

📍 **Tuckaseege Gym** – Catch all the fast-paced indoor soccer action!
📍 **The Ballfields** – Enjoy the fresh air while serving the flag football crowds!

To make this work, we are calling on our amazing MHAA parents, fans, and supporters to volunteer and help us serve the community.

It’s a fantastic way to catch up with friends, meet new neighbors, and be right in the middle of the action—whether you prefer the gym or the fields.

No experience is needed—we will show you exactly what to do! Whether you can cover one short shift or want to hang out for the whole afternoon, your time makes a massive difference for our organization. Pick your favorite spot, grab a friend, sign up together, and let's serve up some smiles! 🌭🥨🥤

⚾ STATE BOUND! ⚾

Huge congratulations to the Mount Holly All Stars 10u for their 4-2 victory over the 10u Belmont All-Stars 2026 this Tuesday! With this hard-fought win, the team is officially advancing to the State tournament!

Game Highlights:
Dominant Pitching: Blaise H set the tone on the mound, striking out 10 batters as the starter! Over four phenomenal innings, Blaise allowed just three hits and one run while walking zero batters. Tucker C also provided crucial support with an appearance in relief.

Clutch Hitting:
After Belmont took a 2-1 lead in the fifth, Mount Holly showed incredible grit. They rallied in the bottom of the fifth to take a 4-2 lead, fueled by clutch singles from Klay H and Mason D.

Offensive Leader:
Klay had a standout day at the plate, going 1-for-2 and leading the team with two critical runs batted in.

Team Effort:
It was a true team victory with James D, Callen M, Blaise, Jackson B, Carson R, Dominic S, Klay, and Mason each collecting a hit.

Early Action:
Mount Holly originally got on the board in the first inning when a fielder's choice by Grey H brought one run home.

We are proud of the teamwork and heart this squad showed against a tough Belmont team. Let's bring that same energy to States! 🏆🔥

Big wins and big games ahead! ⚾️

The Mount Holly 12U Allstars are coming off an incredible 17-0 shutout victory against Belmont White yesterday at Harper Park. The team was truly firing on all cylinders!
We’ve got a busy week of baseball ahead—come out and support our teams!

12U vs. Stanley – 6:00 PM @ Harper Park
10U vs. Gastonia – 7:30 PM @ Carr Elementary

All-Star Tournament Update:
We have a busy schedule for our All-Star teams today and tomorrow! ⚾️

12u Update:
We are taking on Belmont White today at 3:00 PM at Harper Park. Let’s bring the energy and cheer them on!

10u Update:
The 10u team has a bye today. They are back in action tomorrow at 7:30 PM at Carr Elementary in Dallas.

From our President:

I wanted to take a minute to say thank you to the volunteers who helped us host the District Baseball tournament this past weekend. We could not have put together such a great tournament without you. A special thanks to Ashley Wood and Ernie Johnson for all of their help.
Our volunteers included Crystal Moore, Olivia Moore, Smily Sanchez, Max Baez, Connor Sisk, Molly Taylor, Kelly Taylor, Judy Smyth, Greg Blackwood, Allen Dedios, Jeremiah Thompson, Chris Miller, Rob Brendle, Amber Burris, Zephaniah Nichols, Jany Buford, and Dakota Nichols.
Thanks to the Mount Holly Parks and Recreation staff and Jimmy Burbee for all of their hours spent planning and working to keep the fields ready for this tournament. It's great to be able to host these tournaments for our community and our kids.

Congratulations to Stanley Nationals on their advancement to the 8U Division 1 State Tournament! Another shoutout to Belmont for being Runners-up! Give it up for your own Mount Holly AllStars in winning the prestigious Sportsmanship Award! Thank you to all teams that represented their cities in this tournament!

We are getting incredibly excited as we count down the days to this year’s District Coach Pitch All-Star Tournament! ⚾

Tournament Details:
Dates: Friday, June 5th – Tuesday, June 9th
Location: Tuckaseege Park, Mount Holly

To make this event a home run for the kids, we need your help! We are actively looking for community volunteers to assist us throughout the tournament.

Got teens who need volunteer credits? The MHAA is more than happy to sign off on community service hours for any youth volunteers who pitch in to help.
