It's my understanding that the parade and fun at Seniors on Center is still on today! The parade starts at noon. Then, head to the Sr Center so the kids can see Santa and do other fun things (face painting, etc...). The free movie at the Capital Theatre starts at 2:00. From 6-8 tonight go to Cellar Studios for the "Through the Eyes of a Child" artist reception, which features artwork by children under the age of 10.
