Children’s Day at HOME was a HUGE success, thanks to so many people. The Municipality brought hamburgers for lunch, our cleaning supply company brought piñatas and face painting, friends of staff members made sure we had everything you could imagine. We are so grateful for the collaboration of so many people. We had bouncy castles, piñatas filled with candy, food, snacks, balls, and prizes. A great day on the HOME campus.

We are so thrilled to be able to say that we received not ONE, not TWO but FIVE new children this week. An exciting time for sure.
Each one of these children are in need of much love and care. They have been neglected for far too long.
You can also help us by sponsoring one of these children through our website. supporthomeinternational.com

In the month of August we celebrate the Corn Festival. Since corn is the base of so many Guatemalan dishes it certainly is fitting to celebrate. Of course, we love to celebrate just about anything! All of our staff come together and bring some food item made from corn, whether it be a drink, a dessert, soup, tamales or tortillas. Everyone dresses up in typical Guatemalan fashion and we get to sample it all. All the kids get dressed up too. Come along and enjoy our Corn Festival!

Just had to share one of our recent adventures. It is so fun to open the big gates and head down our dirt road with all the kids and staff for a little outdoor adventure. Come join us…
