If you are interested in helping the newly formed Mount Dora Chamber Foundation and want a tax deduction to do so, please consider donating, the deadline is at 3:59 today!!!

Did you know the Mount Dora Area Chamber of Commerce created 501c3 nonprofit organization in 2020?

The MD Chamber Foundation was created after we received requests from individuals and businesses who were interested in donating funds to the Chamber for various projects, such as Mount Dora Promotion, Tourist Development, Community Events & continued historic preservation of the Chamber building, etc. However, they wanted to be able to get a Tax Deduction for their donations.

So we created a Trust account under the Mount Dora Community Trust and are now able to receive financial gifts and provide a tax deduction for those who donate.

We're so proud to be a part of the Giving Week 2020, a local celebration of giving offered by the Mount Dora Community Trust.

We are one of 30 Mount Dora organizations who were selected to compete, and the organization with the most donations could get a dollar for dollar match up to $10,000.

However, the deadline is TODAY, December 8, by 3:59pm.

Please help us secure a place amongst the winners, and donate NOW, any amount will help and will be most appreciated!
