Pretty Marshians,

Just in case you didn't recently drive by the Old Pretty Marsh Schoolhouse and notice the sign out front -

There will be a casual community gathering to get folks together and to listen to some local live music!

The "Accidental Trio" (Beth Herrick, Jim Gray and Rick Barter) will be playing and singing whatever comes to mind .... Americana, Blues, Old Rock or maybe original songs from about 4:30-5:30 Pm on this coming Thursday January 22nd.

We are calling this "Music and Munchies".

So...... Bring some munchies to share, come warm up by the old Schoolhouse wood stove .... and visit with neighbors ...while listening to some live music.

The 2025 Pretty Marsh Community Corporation Yard Sale will take place on Saturday, August 16, 8:00am - noon!

Have something to donate to the sale?? Donations of items can be dropped off at the Pretty Marsh Schoolhouse during the week before the sale. Please NO electronics, clothing, or books. Most items will be sold as pay by donation. Valuable items will be priced individually.

This Sunday is the Fall Equinox, the magic day when light and dark are equal. ☀️🌙

Come celebrate with your community at our land near the water! We'll have a fire, marshmallows, the best of company, and whatever other snacks people feel inspired to bring!

Get ready for the annual Pretty Marsh Community Corporation Yard Sale! Saturday, August, 3, 8:00am - noon.

Items can be dropped off at the Pretty Marsh Schoolhouse the week before the sale. Please NO electronics, clothing, or books.

Most items are pay by donation.
Membership dues can be paid the day of the sale. $15 for individuals and $25 for families.

As a reminder, PMCC is a 501(c)3 nonprofit. All money collected goes towards maintaining the schoolhouse.

See you there as we all search for treasures!
