The United States Naval Sea Cadet Corps unit awards are out...

The Tomcat Squadron received a most improved unit award for 2025!

Thank you to our Sponsor American Legion Post 4 Mt Clemens and Kiwanis Club of Clinton Township , as well as all the parents, guardians, followers, volunteers and cadets that made this possible.

We appreciate you all as we improved our annual inspection score by 31.57%!

This means our cadets had high drill attendance, did coursework, completed exams, went to trainings and as a result of their efforts earned ribbons and awards giving us a bonus. It also means our admin records were spot on and our personnel inspection went great!

This year will be even better as we continue to grow our unit. Bravo Zulu Tomcat Squadron!

For the first time in American Legion Post 4 history, the annual Flag Retirement Ceremony was canceled due to severe storms and heavy rain. While the ceremony couldn’t take place, our Sea Cadets were still determined to serve.

Despite the weather, our cadets proudly changed the Post’s American flag, showing their respect for our nation’s colors and their commitment to our sponsoring American Legion.

With summer training just one week away, we’re incredibly proud of the dedication, teamwork, and character these cadets continue to display. Rain or shine, they always step up when called upon.

Bravo Cadets! 🇺🇸
