Join us for our annual fundraiser — an exclusive private evening at the world-famous Stahls Motors and Music Experience in New Baltimore, major sponsor of the Woodward Dream Cruise — and help us keep doing the work that changes lives.

For 37 years, MCREST has been Macomb County's largest homelessness services organization — providing emergency shelter, meals, case management, and housing assistance to men, women, and children in crisis. This year, we opened our brand new permanent Men's Shelter, bringing our total capacity to 60 beds. But hundreds of people experience homelessness in Macomb County every single night. The need is real, and your support makes a difference.

It's hard to get solid data on homelessness. But this new finding from our neighbors in Washtenaw County highlights what we know from experience -- the number of people without homes (in our state, in our country) is increasing rapidly.

As rising homelessness remains an ongoing challenge and topic of community discussion, newly released data further illustrates the severity of the problem.
